HydroX AI at RSAC 2025: Human vs. Machine – Redefining the Frontlines of AI Security

We’re proud to have participated in RSAC 2025 in San Francisco, where HydroX AI hosted the interactive session Human vs. Machine — an immersive exploration into the future of AI security.

As generative AI systems become more powerful and deeply embedded in our everyday lives, safeguarding them from adversarial threats is no longer optional — it’s mission-critical. That’s why we structured our session not as a conventional panel, but as a hands-on learning lab, enabling security researchers, developers, and AI professionals to engage directly with adversarial testing workflows.

Inside the Learning Lab

Led by Victor Bian (COO, HydroX AI) and Theodora Skeadas (Chief of Staff, Humane Intelligence), the session delivered a high-impact red-teaming experience. Over the course of two hours, participants:

🔐 Explored real-world vulnerabilities in large language models (LLMs)

🔍 Practiced advanced red-teaming techniques and threat discovery methods

🤖 Discussed strategies for building safer, more trustworthy AI systems

Attendees took on individual challenges based on real-world attack vectors — from prompt injection and content manipulation to political sensitivity and system prompt extraction. The objective wasn’t competition — it was to foster learning, adaptation, and collaboration in solving one of AI’s most pressing issues: security.
